Your Team As part of the Sales Enablement team, you’ll collaborate closely with Sales Managers, HR, and the People First team to implement a cohesive and dynamic Sales Academy framework. Working alongside dedicated Sales Enablement Coaches, you’ll foster a culture of growth and best-practice sharing across the organisation. This collaborative environment is designed to ensure sales professionals have access to the tools, training, and support they need to succeed at every stage of their career. Your Impact Your contributions will directly enhance MHR’s sales capabilities, improving retention rates and reducing the costs associated with turnover and recruitment. By developing structured onboarding, role-specific skill matrices, and tailored learning pathways, you’ll drive measurable improvements in individual and team performance. Your leadership will ensure that MHR continues to cultivate a high-performing sales culture that motivates employees and delivers outstanding results. Responsibilities Tailor and continuously improve the four-week onboarding process for new sales team members. Develop and implement scheduled assessments of sales skill levels for each role, identifying growth opportunities. Facilitate best-fit training methods, including coaching, eLearning, and shared sales training sessions. Work with Sales Managers to implement and evolve a robust sales skills role matrix as part of the MHR Sales Academy. Collaborate with HR and People First teams to integrate skill measurement into periodic Check-Ins. Promote the sharing of best practices by curating and maintaining a best-practice call snippet library via Clari Copilot. Organise presentation tasks with feedback to enhance skills and learning. Own and coordinate Sales Enablement Spotlights and other team-facing initiatives. Ensure the alignment of all sales enablement activities with organisational goals and sales strategies. Key Skills Proven experience in sales training, coaching, or enablement. Strong understanding of sales processes and role-specific skill requirements. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and inspire teams. Experience in designing and implementing structured onboarding and training programs. Familiarity with sales enablement tools, such as Clari Copilot, and eLearning platforms. Strong organisational and administrative skills, with the ability to manage multiple initiatives. A collaborative mindset, working effectively with cross-functional teams to drive outcomes. Experience in driving retention and reducing churn within sales teams. Knowledge of learning and development practices tailored to sales environments. Ability to evaluate and measure the effectiveness of training programs.
